What We Do

We help landowner and developers navigate through the entitlement and regulatory process to achieve project goals. This process starts with understanding the current entitlements and restrictions on your property. Then, depending on the project, we can help property owners and developers request a rezoning as well as assist with potential variances or waivers that your project might require to receive the necessary permissions and permits.

Our Experience

As an accredited new urbanist, Justin is well versed in the design principles that create memorable, walkable, people-oriented urban spaces and places. As a certified planner and floodplain manager, he recognizes the opportunities and tradeoffs involved in the integration of many different elements – to include project finances, transportation access, utility infrastructure, green spaces and sustainability – that can create better project outcomes.

As Planning Administrator for the City of College Station, TX, Justin helped oversee countless projects as they successfully navigated the city’s rezoning, subdivision, and site planning regulations. He also crafted ordinances to simplify the development process without diminishing the quality of development. Now in private practice, Justin currently assists clients with navigating existing development regulations and processes.
