While serving as Planning Administrator for the City of College Station, TX, Justin led a talented team of planners, GIS analysts, and graphic designers to create College Station’s 2018 Existing Conditions Report. This was a groundbreaking report for the City of College Station in its use of data, 3D maps, and graphics to convey the on-the-ground conditions of the city as it prepared to kick off an update to its existing comprehensive plan.
